Sullivan, who most recently served as a principal for the firm, has over 20 years of experience in cost segregation and business development with specialties in cost segregation studies, repair vs. capitalization analyses, and fixed asset reviews.

Prior to MSC, Sullivan served as a senior cost segregation analyst and business development coordinator at The Cost Segregation Group and a senior analyst at McGladrey. She is a Certified Cost Segregation Professional through the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals, where she also serves as a Director of the Board of Directors and co-chair of the Conference Committee. Throughout her career, Sullivan has overseen 9,000+ cost segregation studies, participated in the production and publishing of The Practical Guide to Cost Segregation (CCH), and created software to digitize the cost segregation industry field process.
An active member of the professional community in Virginia, Ashley has lectured on cost segregation and tangible property regulations to provide CPE training to several accounting firms. She is an active member of the Virginia State Society of Certified Public Accountants (VSCPA), the Tidewater Chapter of of the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants (TCVSCPA), and the Hampton Roads Commercial Real Estate Association (HRACRE).She is a graduate of Averett University, where she earned a B.S. in Business Administration.
