A former chemist with a passion for problem solving, Les left the lab and started a career as a tax consultant more than 15 years ago. He worked as a Director for a national tax advisory firm where he assisted companies in myriad industries claim tax credits and incentives before founding Probity Tax Recovery. The firm was later acquired by MS Consultants. Les approaches consulting with the mindset of both a scientist and a trusted advisor: client-focused service and data-driven results.
