Ashley oversees MS Consultants' operations in the Virginia office. Ashley is responsible for and works directly with our practice leaders to support business development in the Southeast region of the country. She has developed and fostered relationships with CPA firms, real estate professionals and accounting societies. She has participated in over 7,000 cost segregation studies since 2004. Ashley’s areas of concentration include Cost Segregation Studies, Repair vs. Capitalization Analyses, and Fixed Asset Reviews.
Ashley is a recognized leader in the cost segregation field and is a Certified Cost Segregation Professional through the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals. There she serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors and co-chair of the Conference committee.
Prior to joining MS Consultants, Ashley amassed over 8 years of experience in the cost segregation industry. She participated in the production of The Practical Guide to Cost Segregation, published by CCH (a Wolters Kluwer business). Ashley also has experience with creating software for the cost segregation industry in making the field process paperless. She received her B.S. in Business Administration from Averett University. Ashley has lectured on cost segregation and tangible property regulations providing CPE training to accounting firms. She is a member and active participant of the Virginia State Society of Certified Public Accountants (VSCPA), the Hampton Roads Commercial Real Estate Association (HRACRE), the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce, the Richmond Apartment Owners Association (RAOA), & More.
